ImAc attended the “Master in Audiovisual Translation and New Technologies” event organized by the Higher Institute of Linguistic Studies (ISTRAD) and the University of Cadiz

The subtitle web editor developed by our partner Anglatècnic in the ImAc project, was presented at the “Master in Audiovisual Translation and New Technologies” event organized by ISTRAD (Higher Institute of Linguistic Studies) in Sevilla (Spain).

Javier Rebollo, from AMPERSOUND Translate Media, is a professional translator and subtitler who previously participated in the ImAc professional tools tests, introduced the students to the ImAc ST editor in 360º environments.

The students had the opportunity to experiment with the editor to transgress the borders of traditional subtitling.

In a two hour and 30-minute workshop, the students were introduced to the most important elements of the subtitling of 360º content.

At the end of the sessions, around 60 master’s students provided their opinions on the editor.
